CHICKEN GYROS RECIPE WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE

I can not even start to inform you how scrumptious this Greek taste is. Greek tzatziki, chicken breast soaked in water, clean tomatoes, and onions are all wrapped in flat bread ribbons to create a scrumptious explosion on your mouth! You surely will love them after you attempt it.

CHICKEN GYROS RECIPE WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE

CHICKEN GYROS RECIPE WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE

  • 1teaspoondried oregano
  • 1garlic cloveminced
  • 3tablespoonsolive oil
  • salt and pepper

For The Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 250gramsgreek yogurt
  • 100gramscucumber
  • 1largegarlic cloveminced
  • 1tablespoonfresh dillchopped
  • 1teaspoonred wine vinegar
  • 2tablespoonsolive oil

For The Wraps:

  • 4Pita flatbreads
  • 1tomatocut into thin slices
  • 1/2onioncut into thin slices
  • olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
For The fowl Gyros:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°C / 482°F.
  2. In a small baking dish, upload the bird breasts, paprika, oregano, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. massage the chook for the marinade to spread lightly. Bake for approximately 20 mins, till the hen gets a golden brown color. switch chook breasts to a cutting board and reduce into skinny stripes.

For The Tzatziki:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, dill, vinegar, and olive oil. Grate the cucumber with a hand grater (no longer too thin) and upload to the combination as nicely. blend all substances till thoroughly combined.

For The Wraps:
