Patriotic Strawberry Trifle Recipe: nowadays I’d like to continue with my easy, grab and cross patriotic desserts. when I think about a Strawberry trifle, I consider a massive trifle bowl layered with cake, fruit, and cream.

However, a trifle is not clearly picnic pleasant. no person wants to reduce to rubble that immaculate dessert, and getting it out can be a large number.

My answer are these person crimson, white, and blue strawberry trifles. Don’t sense that you have to buy mini trifle dishes. Mason jars or even disposable clean plastic cups might do simply great for this strawberry trifle as well!

Ingredients

Cake:

• 1 cup butter
• 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 5 eggs
• 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1-1/4 cups superfine sugar (Just put regular sugar in the food processor for a few pulses)

Trifle:

• 1 lb Strawberries
• 6 oz Blueberries
• 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• ¼ cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Pound Cake:

1. Preheat oven to 325 tiers. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl mix flour and salt together.
3. In a separate bowl mix butter and vanilla. steadily upload sugar a bit at a time. Beat in eggs.

5. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for one hour and 20 mins or till golden brown. Cool absolutely.

Trifle:

1. cut pound cake into thick slice. reduce out 4 circles with a pitcher. opportunity you can simply cut the cake into cubes in case your decide upon.
2. Wash strawberries and blueberries. Trim and slice strawberries.
3. Whip cream and powdered sugar until tender peaks form.
4. area cake slice on the lowest of the glass. pinnacle with a layer of strawberries.

6. Garnish with a strawberry if preferred.
