SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF

A simple and delicious straightforward Slow cooking utensil dish instruction employing a juicy, classic dish instruction and roast within the Crock Pot.

You can homework it within the morning, or maybe as late as lunch time, and it'll be prepared for dinner, with no crazy homework work throughout the atrocious afternoon wizard hours.

This Slow cooking utensil dish instruction really uses our classic favorite family dish instruction. The sole distinction is that you simply cook it within the slow cooking utensil. Therefore simple! Therefore yummy!

SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (or 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped (or 1 teaspoon ground thyme)
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 of a large onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute onions and garlic until onions are tender, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in parsley and thyme and saute for an additional 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  4. Combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire, pepper, and cooled veggies.
  5. Place mixture in lined crock and spread evenly.
  6. Cook on low for 3-5 hours, or until cooked through (meat thermometer reaches 160°
  7. Drain excess grease, and let your meatloaf set for 5 minutes before slicing.
